Gülseren Öngün completed her law degree at R.o.T. Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Law in İzmir.
Following the receipt of her attorney license in 2014, she opened her own law office in 2015 and began
gaining experience as an independent attorney. To date, she has represented numerous domestic and
foreign clients, providing legal consultancy and advocacy services.
As of 2023, she is registered with the Ankara Bar Association.
From her student years through her professional career, she has undertaken various responsibilities by
serving in national and international associations and centers. She currently maintains active memberships
in ELSA Alumni, TCHD, AIDP, ACFE, and GWNET.
She is registered with the Ankara Bar Association and is a member of the City and Environment Center
(Kent ve Çevre Merkezi).
She is registered with the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Justice as a Concordato Commissioner and
Bankruptcy Administration Officer. She serves as a guardian , trustee, and liquidator before the courts. She provides consultancy in concordato project management and bankruptcy
application processes, preparation of company agreements, litigation in commercial disputes and civil law
matters and representation of parties in alternative dispute resolution methods (negotiation, mediation,
arbitration), offering consultancy and representation services to her clients both in Türkiye and abroad.
She is a sworn English interpreter/translator.
