Inheritance Law<\/h2>\r\n \r\n \r\n Inheritance law is a highly technical field. We explain the processes to our clients and relevant parties\nin detail through clear lineage charts and share calculations, always aiming to achieve amicable\nsettlements among the parties.\nThroughout the process, we provide effective legal support in all inheritance-related matters, including\nthe transfer and registration of estates, estate detection actions, rejection of inheritance proceedings,\npreparation of wills and inheritance contracts (dispositions mortis causa), drafting of estate division\nagreements among heirs, and particularly reduction (tenkis) claims concerning violations of reserved\nshares, as well as any other inheritance disputes.\r\n\r\n
