Within\nthis scope, support is offered in identifying and implementing corporate reorganization\nmodels\u2014including mergers, acquisitions, full or partial demergers, changes in legal form, and asset\ntransfers\u2014in compliance with both corporate and tax legislation.\r\n\r\n

\r\n \r\n Additionally, guidance is provided on potential tax disputes, current regulatory developments are\nmonitored, and tax risks arising from business operations are assessed as part of the advisory services.\r\n\r\n

\r\n \r\n Where necessary, balance sheet analyses are conducted under the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102\nto determine situations of technical insolvency or over-indebtedness, and legal remedies aimed at\naddressing such financial conditions are evaluated, taking into account their tax implications.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n \r\n \r\n<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Legal Support in Tax and Customs Disputes<\/h4>\r\n \r\n \r\n Legal support is provided throughout the entire lifecycle of tax audits\u2014from initiation to the\nresolution of any resulting tax disputes. This includes technical assistance during audit proceedings,\nlegal and technical review of audit reports, filing applications with the Report Evaluation Commission\n(Rapor De\u011ferlendirme Komisyonu), and guidance during pre- and post-assessment settlement\nprocedures.\r\n\r\n

\r\n \r\n In cases where settlement is not reached, assistance extends to the management of judicial proceedings\nbefore administrative courts and, where applicable, the handling of individual applications before the\nConstitutional Court.\r\n\r\n
